About this artwork
The wild and wonderful places in the world are the inspiration for this painting. Nature is where Lucy goes to find peace and beauty. Living on the west coast of Canada she hikes in forests everyday that feed her heart and soul. This painting is part of a relatively new but growing series of abstracted landscapes.

She primarily works using oils and acrylics, adding multiple layers of paint to symbolize the transient nature of time.
