About this artwork
On a black background a scene of pure childish happiness. My teacher used to say "that only through darkness can one appreciate the light", and this is exactly what I try to express, darkness represents the problems that crowd and cloud our minds and yet this darkness must serve to make the light stronger and the light must be found every day and every moment. A moment of waiting can become a moment of serenity and contemplation when spent with children.
