Luke Nedza is an emerging American painter. Using spray paint, Nezda's compositions are created through a process of twisting and folding his canvas through grids, applying spray paint and later unfolding the canvas to reveal the new design. Additionally, his other works involves layering tape and painting over these stripes before removing them to reveal previous layers. The multitude of built-up paint layers in his paintings conceal as much as they reveal and evoke a steady procession of thought and internal dialogue.
