Luzena's love for the awakening of spring is depicted in this work. The artist is fascinated by the power of young plants. A slightly porous structure paste was applied to the canvas with a spatula. Using a wafer-thin glaze technique, the application of paint… was applied to the outer area of the image. Different shades of purple were finely superimposed, creating fine nuances up to purple. As the paint ran, it created distinctive edges as it dried. After drying, individual leaf areas were very finely compressed with colored pencils and sparingly highlighted with gold leaf.
