The protagonist is a girl whose carefree gaze is hidden behind her sunglasses, which add a touch of mystery and glamour.
Several striking details: her bright green hair, a nose piercing, several tattoos... But without a doubt, the most remarkable element is her headdress. A reinterpretation of the handcrafted cap from… Montehermoso (Cáceres).
My work Mencía is a dynamic tribute to the Extremaduran tradition, filtered through the Pop Art lens of the geometric background and the current urban aesthetic, creating a portrait full of energy, color and a mixture of past and present.
