About this artwork
In this work, I captured the sublime dance of life and its depths. With oil paint, I captured fluid movements that invite you to reflect on grace and freedom. It is a dialogue between light and darkness, where each brushstroke is a note of a visual melody that evokes passion and serenity. It will bring an energy that inspires and revitalizes to any home, a reminder of the beauty in the constant current of being.

« Art is, among other things, a constant search for beauty: And that's where I stop and search. I am looking for BEAUTY that can be expressed objectively or subjectively. »
Marco Ortolan is an Argentinian painter who has extensively exhibited nationally, as well as in Italy, Mexico, Germany, Portugal and the United States. His themes are constantly changing because he believes that 'the artist must be universal', with there being no messages because 'art is interpretation'. Ortolan oscillates between hyperrealism and impressionism, his pieces begin to take shape with color drawings. Large strokes delineate shapes from large to small and are translated through oil on wood using a variety of tools.
