It is a portrait of a real woman who delights me with her beauty, strength, and inner freedom. Her name is Tamar, which means "date palm" in Hebrew. Tamar fully lives up to her name - she is graceful and strong, just like a palm tree can survive in the harsh conditions of the desert. This portrait is done by hand, on a graphics tablet as a real painting. The colors are very rich and vivid. I always use the techniques of classical painting and integrate… them into pop art.
This painting is unique because only drawings made by hand on an iPad and subsequently on a computer in graphic programs are used.
All details are drawn separately from each other and collaged with each other. The picture looks as close as possible to the real drawing, this is achieved thanks to a variety of digital brushes used in the work.
« I consider myself happy when the process of creating a painting turns into a fascinating journey between imagination and contemplation of our beautiful world. »
