I’m is a Dutch stillife photographer with a degree in photography at the dutch Academy of Image Creation.
In my work I explore the delicate balance between tradition and innovation, between the personal and the universal. My stilllifes with Delft blue vases and flowers are more than decorative images; they are a tribute to timeless beauty and emotional stories.
The Delft blue vase, an iconic heirloom in many Dutch families, is central to my art. It is not just an object – it is a symbol of connection between generations, of history and craft. By combining the vase with carefully chosen flowers, I create stilllifes that radiate both classical harmony and contemporary sensitivity.
My mission is to give heirlooms like the Delft Blue vase a new life, not only as physical objects, but as works of art that keep stories alive. These stilllifes are a bridge between past and future, a way to make emotional value tangible and capture the soul of an heirloom in a timeless composition.
