I created this work in oil, combining Fauvism, geometry and the metaphysical, to capture a scene that challenges the everyday. This series began in 2019, as a synthesis of the artist's work and experiences, her true passion for the fields of Castile and its skies, in the words of the painter "the true landscape of Castile is in the sky"

Marietta Negueruela is an experienced artist based in Spain whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Italy and France. Her most recent works revolve around the landscape and are inspired by metaphysics, the Renaissance, and geometric forms. Color also plays a fundamental role in Negueruela's artistic practice. She primarily creates with watercolors, acrylics, and oils.
