About this artwork
The name "Anemone" comes from the Greek word for wind, "anemos," because the blossoms often open when a breeze blows. The white flowers with a hint of violet are delicately harmonized with the soft green foliage. Symbolically, the anemone represents innocence, purity, sincerity, and truth. The flowers stand upright and confident in the slender vase, which further accentuates their elegance.
