About this artwork
It was one of those beautiful days at Sonner in Hamburg and I made my way to Blankenese. Blankenese is an upscale district in Hamburg and is located right on the water. It feels like the sea here. Then I noticed how more and more very chic people dressed in white came from all directions and brought chairs, tables, dishes, food and balloons. They came from all directions, down the stairs or on their private boats across the water. There was a very…
festive mood in the air as they gradually laid a beautifully laid long white table. Then I realized that this must be a white dinner. Since the group was so solemnly occupied with each other, I was able to get relatively close to take this photo.
