About this artwork
A young bookseller is discovered by a photographer who turns her into a successful cover girl for a fashion magazine. The unassuming, unassuming woman transforms into an attractive woman. Audrey Hepburn and Fred Astaire star in "Funny Face," directed by Stanley Donen, USA, 1957.
A picture is… like a new window in the house you live in. It can offer a view and a glimpse inside. It can show you the world and tell you about it, but also about yourself.

A picture is like a new window in the house you live in. It can provide both a view and insight. It can show you the world and tell you about it, but also about yourself.
What fascinates me about painting is the immediacy of real time. Nothing can be limited, exaggerated, or repeated like with a computer. Painting requires maximum skill. Artistic experiences give the work its distinctive style.
You'll see, my pictures sneak surprisingly into the viewer's life. They lead us to new territory whose existence we only suspected. They invite us to spend our days and nights with them. They are like a good friend.
