About this artwork
The blue winged horse represents inner strength expressed through clarity and depth. In Ukrainian tradition, the horse symbolizes freedom and movement between states; here it embodies the ability to rise above circumstances. The golden background adds balance and focus, while the totem brings calm and steady forward motion.
Еxecuted in mixed media using textured relief on paper and metallic paint, which allows the image change color depending on… the light, creating a mystical effect.
Dimensions: The listed size includes the frame; the artwork itself is A4.
Unique Feature: During the intuitive painting process, a natural organic crack formed on the paper. I view this not as a flaw, but as a "scar of creation" — a living testament to the authenticity of the handmade process and the breakthrough of raw energy into matter. This unique trait does not affect the structural integrity of the work.
I am a Ukrainian painter and visual artist based in Kyiv.
I spent nearly 19 years as a graphic designer and art director at agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi and Young & Rubicam. While this shaped my visual language, my true immersion into painting was catalyzed by the onset of the war.
Today, my work is an extension of my interest in psychology, psychosomatics, and the inner world. I am inspired by everything that brings conscious depth and health, helping us shed false beliefs and outdated ideas about human potential. I value self-discovery methods that keep us curious and truly alive.
I believe that by embracing our uniqueness, we inspire others to do the same. Currently, I explore the intersection of art, research, and healing. My paintings aim to create an environment that nourishes life and enhances well-being in every sense of the word.
