About this artwork
The piece was created as a personal manifesto of resilience and adaptation. After a year of full-scale… war in Ukraine, it became clear that waiting for “the end” is not living. Life unfolds now, demanding inner stability when the external world becomes uncertain.
This totem represents grounded strength and the courage to remain sensual, bold, and free during times of transformation. It invites the viewer to reconnect with their own inner core — a source of warmth, vitality, and creative power.

I spent nearly 19 years as a graphic designer and art director at agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi and Young & Rubicam. While this shaped my visual language, my true immersion into painting was catalyzed by the onset of the war.
Today, my work is an extension of my interest in psychology, psychosomatics, and the inner world. I am inspired by everything that brings conscious depth and health, helping us shed false beliefs and outdated ideas about human potential. I value self-discovery methods that keep us curious and truly alive.
I believe that by embracing our uniqueness, we inspire others to do the same. Currently, I explore the intersection of art, research, and healing. My paintings aim to create an environment that nourishes life and enhances well-being in every sense of the word.
