About this artwork
As the creator of *Anshin*, this work represents my search for serenity. The central texture, with its blue and turquoise tones, is my way of capturing a deep calm, evoking both the vastness of the sea and the lightness of the sky. Each stroke was an exercise in introspection, trying to capture the peace I seek in the creative process. By softening the edges with white, I wanted to give the viewer a gentle entrance into the core of the work, an invitation…
to lose themselves in that space of tranquility.
The nuanced background was my way of creating an understated setting that enhances the center without distracting. I wanted *Anshin* to convey a subtle balance, a visual refuge of calm. To me, this piece is more than a painting; it is a reminder of that inner peace that, though fleeting, is invaluable.
