About this artwork
In this sculpture I wanted to capture the wild energy of a storm, a whirlwind made using wood and glossy paints to create a vortex of vibrant shapes and colors that is, however, a warning to human intervention and the changes it is making on the planet.
Each element rotates and intertwines, bringing dynamism and strength.
It is a reference to the uncontrolled force of nature and how fearsome and destructive it can be.
