About this artwork
At 1,200 meters of altitude in the Bolivian National Reserve we find the Lagura Colorada. This saline swamp of waters of reddish and orange colors, is full of borax islands whose white and gray crystals contrast with the red colors of the waters, giving rise to this very special contrast. This work is a diptych made up of two pieces of 80x80 cm each.
