About this artwork
It is a painting of a Toucan, one of her favorite animals. A photograph of a group of flamingos in Kenya, where her close friend lives, was a wonderful sight, as seen at a zoo in Korea as a child. She has painted many tropical birds, both before and during her time. The place she admires is a tropical paradise, and she loves tropical flowers, birds, and trees.
The upcoming exhibition is an exhibition for children and residents of Seongnam, Korea,… and was titled 'Bundang Grand Park' with the theme of animals and plants.
These animal paintings were good memories with many animal dolls that her father bought for her as a child. It is a good memory of my childhood when she went to the zoo holding her mother's hand, and drew a baby elephant.
With everyone suffering from pandemic difficulties around the world over the past three years, she sincerely hopes that the stories of fun and pleasant animals will be an exhibition of hope and big dreams for many people and children.
