Having read the JRR TOLKIEN LORD OF THE RINGS TRILOGY back in the 1960's, I, like so many others were mesmerized by the details and the imagination behind this epic series. The raw, mystical energy and the haunting presence it conveyed during my years as an air force sergeant was one the high points of my time in the service.. In this work I have tried to capture this of The fiery orb that cradles a spectral figure that seems to command both fear…
and fascination in the image of the evil Sauron. I wanted to evoke a surreal moment where time and reality blend, inviting viewers to feel the powerful tension between darkness and light. This artwork will electrify any space, sparking curiosity and awe through its vivid, otherworldly aura.
