About this artwork
In this work, I sought through the imagination to capture the depth of the abyss and the infinite mystery of the universe. It is a cosmic ballet, where the abstract meets the metaphysical, evoking distant, deep and mysterious horizons, a living and dreamlike world, rustling and in perpetual movement.
It is an invitation to dive into the unknown, to escape and follow your dreams to explore this wonderful universe beyond our tangible reality and fill… yourself with this precious energy which stimulates the soul and creativity.
« The artist is this poet who colors his dreams and gives them a reality. »
Michel Saint-Luc is a French painter who has exhibited in Spain, Germany, and France. Having been born and lived close to water his entire life, Saint-Luc's works reflect his passion for seascapes. He often blurs the horizons, allowing the eye the possibility to seize and redefine it. His figurative and abstract compositions are created using knives and painted with oils on canvas or cardboard.
