« I want my sculptures to exude piece »
Mikhail Inkov is a contemporary Belarusian artist who has exhibited widely. Working primarily in bronze and granite, his sculptures are known for their stylized contours and use of form. Inkhov skillfully manipulates bronze and uses its malleability to create smooth pieces that he usually polishes to a mirror shine. In contrast, when working in granite, Inkov embraces and showcases the natural properties of the material. Inspired by his study of the dialectics of peace and movement, the artist seeks to create serene art.
