About this artwork
This peace works with the premature experience of being fragmented that every human being has at early age...with separated squares of mirrors , although close enough, you try to see your reflection in them with no success ...it is disturbing, some can not even look at it. Yet, this is the beginning of every human being...lately, we start to be able to unify our image.
We are use to take for granted that our reflection in the mirror, as it is our… experience of our bodies, it complete...but it was not when we arrived to this world. Actually some of us continue experimenting their bodies, unfortunately, fragmented.
The colourful background tries to express just the gratitud for having been brought to this life, no matter how difficult it can become some times.
