About this artwork
My identical twins are the Sunni and Shia peoples of one faith, It represents two heads on one body, were both live with one heart, they cannot be individual, for they are intertwined through faith and love, I try to represent this through this figure, to give hope and understanding that we are all one, there for love and understanding is the only option

« Great energy is needed to make your mark and leave a message in the art world, but do not be too focused on gaining recognition, as it can be a false idol. »
Mista Fig is an experienced British sculptor who has exhibited his work internationally. He discovered a passion for art as a young boy, when he would take off-cuts of wood from his grandfather—a coal miner—and turn them into fruits of his imagination. Seeking always to create with passion and freedom, he constructs primarily figurative sculptures that tell stories across a range of themes.
