About this artwork
The sun was about to go to bed and nature understood the transition. I sat on my exotic chair on the balcony, enjoying the afternoon breeze and said to myself: What a beauty! Without a conventional camera, I captured the image for the morning creation. As soon as I woke up that day, I was urged to go to my studio to begin creating A Calm Poetic View. In fact, when I arrived at my studio, I quicky selected the acrylic colors, which dominated my thoughts…
throughout the night to create this piece. As an artist working from an intuitively based emotion, I did not expect a complete replica of that captured image. However, my subconscience mind was able to feed my creative imagination to create this piece, deemed relevant to that breezy afternoon on my balcony, contemplating that colorful horizon, which inspired me to bring A Calm Poetic View to the artistic world. Hence the name of this abstract painting: A Calm Poetic View.
