About this artwork
Things you can no longer see clear with open eyes, you see sometimes clearer when you close them. Because not only a tender look but a kiss can be felt so intense in this way when it is about love. All the given tender love, close holding, seeing the lovely feelings by walking up a long beach, are captured in my painting 'Tender'. Instead of longing for tender love, it is about feeling love so tender and pure, like an instant connection. Receiving… and giving tender love is something very special. Melting in each others arms, when you are yourself the pillows when needed, blanket with loving care.
« As an environmental planner, my propulsion is the conservation of nature and its beauty. Thus, my art shows a variety of natural highlights in an abstract way. »
Monika Kovatsch is an artist based in Germany whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Italy and the United States. Her modern interpretations of abstract art center on the themes of climate change, the future, and nature. Kovatsch's atmospheric compositions capture "reflectance, light, and the mood of natural scenes". She primarily creates using acrylics on canvas.
