About this artwork
The artist created a series of conceptual pictures of people and animals, "Violet Storm", united by a symbolic and color concept. An important element of the whole series is the emotional component and the idea of uniting in the uniqueness of each.
In this portrait, the artist offers to enjoy the beauty of the horse, the nature of lines, shapes, and fantasy colors. The look attracts with its independence, dignity, and openness. The complex play… of light in the portrait allows you to feel the character's mood, and abstract elements add a new rhythm to the classic composition of the picture.
Hybrid mixed media.
Digital hand drawing created on a tablet using brushes that emulate pencil and watercolor.
The image is printed by the artist on fine art paper and further developed through manual intervention.
Each piece is individually hand-finished, making every work a unique, one-of-a-kind artwork.
LIMITED EDITION artwork: 4/10

Natalia Nik is a contemporary artist based in Austria, originally from Russia. Working across mixed media, she combines digital drawing with traditional techniques to create contemplative works characterized by softness, atmospheric depth, and poetic restraint. Her practice explores states of reverie and suspension between reality and imagination, where form gradually dissolves into mood and inner presence.
Natalia’s work encompasses landscape, portraiture, symbolic animal imagery, and abstract explorations, all unified by a quiet, introspective approach. Her works have been exhibited internationally and are held in private collections in Europe and beyond.
