About this artwork
24 individual small canvases (each 30x30) can be put together and combined as desired. So you can always create 'new works'. Depending on the arrangement. 6 of these canvases are completely clad with copper impact metal and individual flakes stick out.
Each picture is unique and connected with copper wire, over the cast color. The red picture is made of oil paint, the others contain impact metal or acrylic paint.
'Copper engraving' because… it is bribed by either copper wire, copper paint, or copper impact metal. Thread dipped in copper color was also developed to form our own nets and connects the individual canvases as another mixed media element.
« I see my painting process as healing my own soul through the liberation from convention and limitation. The end product heals and releases other souls. »
