About this artwork
ENABLED A5 Card 4pp printed double sided on 350gsm silk sold folded in a cello bag and with coloured envelope. The original piece is multimedia and not for sale here. It will frame to an A4 with the poem or an A5 without and is the most economical way of getting my Scribe Art and Poetry and Storyism.
This piece promotes and celebrates mental and physical health disabilities equally as a super-power.
One of my famous customers from New York has… ADHD and asked me to create a piece celebrating us all as super powers. The original multimedia piece consists of a polystyrene head, grouted, covered in 30 packs of blue tack, then I took a toothpick to engrave the word ENABLED. The different mental and physical health issues are cylindrical clothes pegs encased in blue tack, then I took a toothpick to engrave the conditions. I evaporated the back of the head and left some bits uncoloured to show you are beautiful even when not whole. The head sits on a revolving cake stand.
