About this artwork
As I was painting, under my very own eyes this little grotto or sea cave suddenly emerged at the coastline. It was not intentional but surely meant to be. This beautiful and mysterious geological wonder kind of peeped trough in the back. I began to imagine what great blue turquoise ocean is laying behind this little sea cave with waves crashing into it? The only thing missing is boarding a sighting boat and off we go!
Organic fluent lines accompanied… by big chunks of rough abstract blue parts. Mysterious abstract blue grotto painting, the kind of vivid blue jeans color. Some tiny sparkling yellow and red lines swirl across the painting. Such an intense and vibrant painting! And so much to see and explore, wherever you look…
« My art is as simple and complicated as life itself. Black, white, and all colors in between. Tidy, messy, dull, and exciting. »
