Discover the creation in interiors
This painting of Melida was started in the winter, on a cold day in Amagansett, New York. Melida has been a friend and model of mine for over twenty years. She was born in Nicaragua and raised in Brooklyn. A mother of two sons, she is a fiercely loyal woman who is currently helping support a friend with cancer 24/7. In this painting she is holding the hem of her dress and going deep into her own thoughts.
- Medium : Oil on Canvas
- Other details : Artwork on supported wooden frame. Ready to hang. Framing on request.
- Dimensions : 9x12in
