Nora Doherty is an award-winning artist based in the United Kingdom whose paintings have been exhibited in England. She describes her works as being worlds within worlds, and as inner and outer landscapes of creation. A self-taught artist, Doherty creates in an intuitive and almost meditative manner, allowing what "wishes to be expressed" to be channeled through her. She most often creates using oils and beeswax on wood.
