About this artwork
The work **“emetior”** on paper combines collage, drawing and painting to create a lively composition. The title comes from a collage element in an old Latin dictionary and means “to measure” or “to pace”, which evokes associations of movement and exploration.
Bold black lines and organic shapes dominate the image, complemented by dynamic blue accents. A central black shape is reminiscent of a vessel, surrounded by curved lines that suggest connections… and dynamism. A house-shaped collage element in the lower area and floating details in the background create a light, playful atmosphere.
The contrasts between muted tones and bright blue give the work a clear structure that offers room for interpretation. "Emetior" invites you to explore the connections and forms in your own imagination.
