This contemporary seascape painting is the second work in the 2026 series “Awakening Tide.” It continues the evolving exploration of ocean movement and atmosphere.
The sky becomes overcast, with only brief glimpses of sunlight breaking through the clouds. Yet within the ocean waves, light still plays across the surface, creating a subtle contrast between shadow and reflection.
The rhythm of the sea intensifies — waves roll in more frequently, building… momentum as they approach the shore. This ocean painting captures the growing energy of water, where calm transforms into movement and tension.
