About this artwork
The value of a face
is subjective and very high for some. Beauty is subjective and different for everyone.
The moment, the instant when faces see faces, is special for everyone. It is the portrait
of the woman that fascinates me time and again, and with each one, it is something special.
This is the portrait of Danielle. Acrylic overpainted photography on canvas.

Olli BŒHM is a European photographic artist with over 30 years of experience.
Experience in advertising, photography, directing and visual
Design. He combines classic photographic work with
artistic, alternative, experimental photo overpaintings.
His work has earned him worldwide recognition, including
Cologne Art Prize, the ITVA Award, the Golden Drum Award,
the Red Dot Award as well as nominations at Cannes and
New York festivals.
"My client is the emotional momentum."
Whether through photography, painting, or the written word – I am always a storyteller. Once, my focus was on products, services, and companies, staging their world in advertising. Today, however, I dedicate myself to art, to make visible, with quiet melancholy and reverential respect, the accidental, the fleeting moments of life, and to give them a voice. That is my passion.
