About this artwork
Acrylic and gesso on 250g paper. A fantastical scene of people walking through the sky. I'm returning to my old series of sky walks. My inspiration is the light and calm in an atmosphere devoid of any material elements.
In this work, I attempt to capture the serenity and immensity of a landscape wrapped in deep blue tones using acrylics on paper. Inspired by Impressionism and figurative styles, I depicted human figures moving through a vast open… space, inviting reflection on solitude and connection in an expansive world. This painting, with its ethereal and calming atmosphere, will bring a sense of peace and spaciousness to any home.

Oscar Alvarez Pardo is an experienced Spanish painter with international exposure.
