About this artwork
In this piece, I explore the quiet transition from the warmth of summer to the softer, more contemplative mood of autumn.
I use layered horizontal brushstrokes, moving from cool blues and muted greys toward warm yellows, coral, orange and pinks. Light emerging between the layers creates movement and luminosity.
I began with physical brushstrokes on canvas and later transformed the work into the digital realm, preserving the spontaneity and texture… of the original gestures while exploring new possibilities of colour, rhythm and composition.
For me, Summer Ends in Autumn captures the feeling of transition — the space between what is ending and what is about to begin. I invite the viewer to pause and discover their own emotions within the layers.

I consider myself a color chaser. I search for color not only in individual shades, but in their relationships, tension, harmony, and the emotions they awaken.
When I create, time seems to stop. I enter an intuitive space where color becomes a language of its own. I follow unexpected combinations, contrasts, and subtle shifts, searching for warmth, nostalgia, energy, calm, or something difficult to name.
Sometimes the search for color leads in the opposite direction—when color vanishes, leaving only black, white, light, and shadow, or when line becomes the language of the artwork.
Some works begin with brushstrokes on canvas or drawings on paper, then evolve through thoughtful digital manipulation, preserving the original gesture while opening new possibilities.
