In this work of mine I took up brushes full of emotion to explore the transience of life, painting materials such as acrylic and sand with passion. I created an expressionist scene, where the figurative embraces symbolism: the skull and the fish tell of cyclicality, mutability and the intrinsic beauty of decay. This painting will bring a deep and contemplative energy into your home, inviting reflection on fleeting time.

Pasquale Rapicano, born in Castellammare di Stabia, skilfully combines materials such as sand, iron, paper and jute with acrylic painting in his multi-material works.
