About this artwork
3D representation of a rooster subject of four of my paintings on hens and roosters. The sculpture is gilded with gold leaf. It is made from a mixture of marble powder and resin. The base is polished and varnished. the mold is designed from a plaster proof. the set is produced in the workshop by the artist.

Patrick Guicheteau is an experienced painter and sculptor based in France whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in the United States and Japan. In his diverse compositions, women are allegories of life in the universe. Guicheteau describes his artistic process as being marked by the interaction and the articulation of various elements, which aim to provoke, in the contraction of a single image, "the poetic effect and the definitive impact" of the piece.
