In this black and white work, a bull emerges from the starry sky.
Solid, anchored, it seems to cross the night without noise.
An Earth sign, symbol of quiet strength and perseverance, Taurus embodies a stable and silent energy, as if suspended in the universe.
The raised elements interact with the shadows projected on the background, creating a play of materials and depths.
And as is often the case in my works, the colored slices discreetly disrupt… the initial reading.
A detail for attentive observers.
A nod to those who look differently.
