About this artwork
Built from bold black lines, geometric shapes, and fragments of color, this face emerges from pieces that appear disconnected yet somehow belong together. The title comes from the idea… that not every flaw is removed from a system. Sometimes the error becomes part of the structure itself, changing how it functions while allowing it to continue forward. The gray background suggests an interior space, while the blue, green, and red elements act as competing signals moving through it. Rather than portraying a specific individual, the painting explores adaptation, reconstruction, and identity formed through imperfect parts.

In 2025, I released “From Canvas to ColorBook,” a published collection where I translated my abstract paintings into line-art form for the public. It’s part of how I share my work beyond the canvas and invite people into my creative world.
