There were three "Waiting for purgatory" originally printed out of an edition of five. The first edition was sold during the opening of one my exhibitions, the other two were damaged during a move, which means I sill have four editions to print.
This print however is one of the first test prints I did in 2015. Usually I try not to sell the tests as I like to see the process of how i got to the finals prints, but I only have so much drawer space.…

his one which is meant to be of an edition of five, the master print which I keep, and then there are the test prints where I play around with toners and bleach. Editions 2, 3, 4 & 5 have yet to be printed.
It would be impossible to copy the first print due to the amount of manipulation during the bleaching process this is why each work is unique. However, I do not intend to keep printing the same image, so I create a numbered edition
