About this artwork
In this work, I fused recycled materials such as bricks and ceramics with reclaimed objects to bring to life a vibrant and multidimensional expression. Inspired by Expressionism and Pop Art, each fragment and color seeks to capture the essence of rebirth, a constant reminder of transformation and resilience. My aim is to instill a sense of reflection and wonder, inviting each viewer to explore beyond the superficial and find beauty in the reconstructed.…

Paula Garnett, painter, sculptor and conceptual artist, developed in an artistic environment between Brazil and Portugal. Her style is random, mixing techniques and media such as paintings, assemblages and paper mache, focusing on spontaneous creation. With the artistic reuse of elements considered disposable, her works imbue chromatic richness and varied materiality, provoking reflections on revaluation and sustainability.
