(Yes, even the Cloud Dancer ones.)
Painted this in 2024 on black canvases when I had nothing left to say — creative block so thick that white felt like a lie.
So I started in the dark and only let light in where it was absolutely necessary.…
One year later Pantone names a soft, airy white “Cloud Dancer” as the colour of the year 2026 — the colour of calm, clarity and new beginnings.
I didn’t chase the trend.
The trend caught up to my silence.
Sometimes the absence of color is the presence of everything.
