About this artwork
The image's theme is yellow in various shades. The starting point is the triad of yellow, white, and black. The focus is on the compositional aspect in relation to black as a structural element. The final version has gone through several design phases, with the current phase being repeatedly reworked, both in terms of color and form.

Teaching activities in visual arts - Beginning of solo exhibitions at Arbon Castle and in public spaces in the city of Zug -
Acquaintance with the renowned Zurich gallery owner Helga Norich, resulting in a double exhibition of paintings and sculptures – further solo and group exhibitions in Switzerland followed – from 2010 onwards, a period of retreat and intensive exploration in his own studio focusing on the theme of "Image and Reality" – from 2020 onwards, he became more active in the public sphere again, with his last solo exhibition in 2024 at the Galerie Vogtei in Herrliberg on Lake Zurich, website: www.dottoart.com
