About this artwork
A recreation of the Botticelli Italian Renaissance painting that was based on the mythological arrival of Venus. This large canvas is gallery wrapped with the painted image carefully extended around the outer edge. This contemporary style of presentation requires no extra framing. The stretcher is of composite construction and is therefore very robust. The painting is supplied ready to hang, with advice on hanging and future care.
