About this artwork
For this artwork, the artist was inspired by the lyrics of the love song 'Bluebird', written by Paul McCartney. The song tells the story of a bluebird who changes a sleeping beautiful girl into another bluebird by giving her a magical kiss. Together they fly to a desert island where they can live in peace and they sing together. 'At last we are free'.
