About this artwork
This portrait is one of a series. The artist wants to depict different ladies' haircuts with a minimum of lines and colours, just enough to shape hair and face. No details!
'Simply red' shows a woman with orange-red hair sparkling against the white background.
The 1st added image zooms in on the very simple lines of her face and mouth. The 2nd added image shows the signature of the artist: 'PK' and a very small horse; PK are the initials of the… artist (Peter Koelman); but in Dutch, PK also means Horse power ('Paardenkracht').
The last two images show the hanging system that is applied to all of this artist's art-prints.
IMPORTANT: This painting is in principle printed on excellent quality, as paper on di-bond. However, prints on other kinds of support are also feasible. All prints are ready to hang. (See the last two additional images.)

The images are always figurative but due to the usage of colourful planes and accentuated lines they sometimes give an almost abstract outlook.
