« The role of human kind and the development of technology and industrialisation in relation to our planet is a main theme in my work. »
Petra de Nijs is an established photographer from the Netherlands whose work has been featured in exhibitions internationally. After visiting the Centre Pompidou in Paris, she was inspired to become an artist and started exploring themes of technology in digitally altered photographs. Combining high-tech and nature, her work is an ode to science and a testament to our modern world.
