Landscape Moor XI offers a still, yet vibrant glimpse into a world between water and earth. The surface seems to breathe: a boggy ground, dark and deep, interwoven with layers of acrylic, ink, and ash. Over this lies a delicate network of green, stretching across the terrain like a living covering. The water doesn't reflect; it collects—light, time, traces.
The materiality of the image remains palpable: rough, sedimented, almost archaeological.… At the same time, a moment of stillness arises, as if one were standing on the border between solidity and sinking. The work invites the viewer to linger, to explore the transitions, and to perceive the subtle movements within the apparent silence.
An image that doesn't tell a story, but rather evokes memories – of landscape as a process, of nature as something that constantly reshapes us.
