About this artwork
The series to which this work belongs is inspired by the mighty appearance of the Zugspitze, the highest mountain in Germany. The unique history of the Zugspitze, which is also human history, is reflected both in the unmistakable formation of the mountains and in the uniqueness of each individual stone and its surroundings.
